For employees in high-risk work and / or facing severe stress affecting their work, Amrita administers standardized psychological tests, to help in understanding their stress levels and analyzing their coping skills.
Individual counselling is available for employees facing stress- related issues. Family and Couple Therapy are also conducted for employees.
Amrita has worked considerably with seafarers, enhancing their professional and psychological adjustment skills. She has facilitated more than two hundred Learning and Development sessions for the ‘Seafarers Enhancement Programme’, on topics like Skill Development, Career Progression and Motivation; Recreation on Board, Interpersonal Relationships, Team Building and Emotional Intelligence.

With Teaching Faculties, she has conducted Learning and Development sessions on the Pedagogy of Teaching while Understanding the Current Generation, Mentorship with Student Mentees, Emotion Management, Six Thinking Hats, Communication Skills and curated workshops based on need analysis.

Her skills at analyzing her client’s drawings and metaphors help as a catalyst in advancing the psychotherapy, thereby reducing the number of sessions required. Chakra diagnosing and balancing helps her understand the energy obstructions of the client. Graphotherapy helps her to understand and bring innate changes in the client’s personality and aids in resolving conflicting issues in the client’s space.
